Food Friday: Corn Bread Casserole

This is one of the easiest recipes to remember, and there's no measuring, just pour it all in and stir.

1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Corn (drained)
1 8oz tub of Sour Cream
1 Stick of Butter softened
3 Eggs



Cook at 350 for approximately 30 minutes in a casserole dish (some stoves take as long as 45 min).
Also good as muffins. Makes approx. 18 muffins.
